Hi, I'm Natalia!

Mental health consultant

I'm a dual board certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of healthcare experience. My clinical philosophy is grounded in the belief that understanding the relationship between physical and emotional health is fundamental to thoughtful psychiatric care.

My path to psychiatry began while working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an urgent care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Caring for patients who often had nowhere else to turn for mental health support changed the way I viewed healthcare. It reinforced the deep connection between physical and mental health and inspired me to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Navigating my own health journey has given me a deeper understanding of the vulnerability, resilience, and trust involved in seeking compassionate mental health.

Today, those professional and personal experiences continue to shape the way I practice. I believe meaningful psychiatric care begins with taking the time to understand the whole picture, recognizing that mental health is rarely influenced by a single factor, and developing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs.

I understand that reaching out for help isn't easy. I'm grateful for the opportunity to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.
